This is a charming basket in the shape of a female gnome. The gnome has curls on the pointed head, and the sweetgrass braids on the bottom half identify her as a female. Bright blue is the predominant color, but there is one spot of bright pink as well.
Ms. Nicholas is a member of the extended Neptune family; she is a niece of Clara Keezer, Angela Barnes, Theresa Neptune Gardner, and Peter Neptune, and cousin to Rocky and Kenny Keezer. This is the first sewing basket she has made.
