Mary Tafoya Kewa Santo Domingo Side Mosaic Earrings

Mary Tafoya creates innovative designs in mosaic which sets her apart from most other Santo Domingo pueblo artists. These earrings includes turquoise, spiny oyster shell, healerite, thulite, and more.

The earrings are what the artist calls her side mosaic style, where there are two two or three sections: a stack of materials on one side or both sides and, in this case, a larger section of material alongside the stacked section.
