Vintage Eskimo Ivory Wolf Head
From a private collection, a miniature, ferocious wolf baring its teeth. Traces of red pigment in mouth.
The item is mounted and framed in a black shadow box. The box shows some wear around the corners. Plexiglass or other acrylic covering the frame has some cloudiness.
ca. early 20th century; possibly earlier.
3/4 inch high x 7/16 inch wide. Frame is 6 inches x 6 inches x 1 inch deep.
